Settlement Schedule Settings

The Settlement Schedule page lets you control when the Gateway initiates settlement for payment processors on your account that support scheduled settlement.

All times shown are based on the time zone set in your Gateway account.

How to Update Settlement Times

  1. Go to Settlement Schedule Settings in the Gateway

     

  2. Locate the list of processors that support scheduled settlement
    • Only processors that support this feature will appear

       

  3. Use the dropdown menu next to each processor to select a settlement time
    • Times are available in 30-minute increments

       

  4. Click Save to apply your changes
  5. Return to the Settlement Schedule page to confirm the updated times

Note: If your business operates later in the day, you may want to move settlement later so all transactions are included before batching.

When Changes Take Effect

Depending on the processor:

  • Changes may apply in real time, or

     

  • May take effect on the next business day

Your payment provider can confirm what your specific processor supports.

Viewing Settlement Change History

  1. On the Settlement Schedule page, select Show History

     

  2. Review:
    • Date and time of the change

       

    • User who made the change
    • Processor affected
    • Previous settlement time
    • Updated settlement time

Each update is logged, so you can always see what was changed and when.
